Food Allergies

We found out last week that Coleden has a milk, peanut, and tree nut allergy. Whoa. We had expected the milk allergy, but the peanut and tree nut allergy? Not so much. I mentioned to Cole's doctor that we were going to be coming back to the states and I wanted an Epi Pen, just in case (he puffs up that much when he comes into contact with milk products). I'm glad I did. Mom intuition for the win. 

Now that I've had time to absorb this information, I'm on the lookout for new dairy-free recipes. If you know any (nut-free, of course), please share them with me!
