Ingredients:
6-10 good sized potatoes
32oz chicken broth
3 cups water
4-5 cups diced ham
5 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
3/4-1 block Velveeta cheese
Directions:
- Combine potatoes, ham, water, and chicken broth in large pot and bring to a boil
- Cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender
- In a bowl, whisk flour and milk until blended, slowly add to the potatoes, ham and broth
- Cut the Velveeta into small chunks adding a few chunks at a time stirring frequently until the desired amount of cheese is added
- Enjoy!
