Super Cheesy Potato Soup

6-10 good sized potatoes 
32oz chicken broth
3 cups water
4-5 cups diced ham
5 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
3/4-1 block Velveeta cheese

  1. Combine potatoes, ham, water, and chicken broth in large pot and bring to a boil
  2. Cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender 
  3. In a bowl, whisk flour and milk until blended, slowly add to the potatoes, ham and broth
  4. Cut the Velveeta into small chunks adding a few chunks at a time stirring frequently until the desired amount of cheese is added
  5. Enjoy!
