Who doesn't love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches?! There's something about a PB&J that makes me nostalgic of my childhood.
Recently, I discovered a new method of attacking this classic sammy-toast the bread first. Everyone has their own preference for what bread, peanut butter, and jelly they like using, but have you ever tried toasting the bread before you assemble?! The peanut butter is melty, the jelly goes on a little easier, and there's a nice crunch. Why didn't I think of it before? Perfection!
